      I withdrawal a money on 20/March and today is 31 March but I did get my money in my account.
      Also I write multiple mail and raise a ticket but no one is responding.
      This is the worst services that you provide.....also your customer care was worst i call more then 50 times but not take call ......

      I created my account on the 7th and deposited the money in it and today is the 10th. I am not able to withdraw my money and I uploaded my Aadhaar card and driving license for verification. He is not verified yet

    hi globepay is a fraud company do not deposit through upi as I have deposited INR 99000 to globepay whose account is with yes bank and they have not credited in my globe wallet since 18th December2020 I am continuously mailing them and trying to call no response.
    only the ticket is being generated automatically .only one contact number whose line is always busy.9910603232

    I have opened an account with globpay 3 days ago and till now my account not activated due to documents verification is pending, am not able to upload my personal kyc, please help to resolve this issue. I tried to contact customer care since last three days and every time getting bussy tone and also tried to contact through WhatsApp, but no proper reply, can you please update any other contact number or email address
